I decided to draw the trio from another one of my biggest influences, Max Fleischer. Oh sure, most of the cartoons that he made back then are now considered dated, but they're still very enjoyable to watch because of how hilariously bizarre they are. Also, I really love Betty Boop. She's one of my favorite beauty queens of the animated screen.

Great drawing of these three! My favorite Betty Boop cartoons are the episodes when she is with Bimbo and KoKo. They were over the top strange. I noticed that after these two weren't used anymore Betty Boop cartoons became more tame. Although I do love Grampy. 
I found out that the person who voiced Bimbo was an American born Irishman named Billy Murray. He used to sing and record music too. I actually found a website that had a whole bunch of his songs, and made cds. He was definitely a living cartoon.
