Sun Lip Synch Sheet

As some of you probably know, I just finished up the storyboards for Hallber and Helen in One Crazy Outing. Now that I've moved on to the animation process, I'm also going to find myself making a lot of these. This is how I plan out the lip synching in a character's dialogue. I measure how long it takes for the character to say a particular word, then I draw the amount of frames according to that. This sun here is saying, "Good mornin', Biendubehya!" Biendubehyou is the name of the town that Hallber and Helen live in, by the way. I know that looks like a lot of frames for just three words of  dialogue, but that's what animation is all about.
